I booked travel for my daughter on specific dates. When she received her confirmations, the dates were different than what I believed I booked.

When I contacted customer service, they said their search engine had changed my dates for a cheaper fare. When I explained that didn't work for me, they wanted another $300 plus a $94 change fee. I wasn't allowed to cancel without losing all my money. I agreed to pay up reluctantly.

They proceeded to double charge my credit card. When I tried to fix this with their "customer service", their systems were down half the day. When I finally got through to someone with a working computer, they told me I had to wait three days until they could check the recording of my phone transaction. Ended up having to dispute the charges with my credit card provider and got my overcharge refunded.

Still got scammed for the extra $300 + $94. Stay away no matter how cheap it looks.
