If it legitimate I am willing to pay 15% of the amount, this is maximum I can afford being an Ontario Disability Saving Plan(ODSP) recipient and current not having any income.

To refund my money
I booked my flight to go from Cairns to Brisbane on the 7th of March and return on the 9th of march but because of the Alfred cyclone I cancelled. I called virgin Australia but referred me to the agent that I booked my flight with which is one travel..could you kindly do the refund please.

I missed my EVA flight by fifteen minutes due to a traffic jam. The ticket desk closed at 1115am and I didn't arrive until 1130am for a 1215pm departure.
There was nobody at the front desk so I couldn't get a boarding pass and therefore couldn't get past security.
I need to rebook the flight.
They could have gotten me on the flight but the EVA crew didn't care enough to help me. They had 45 minutes to do so.

Turkish Airline is my main issue as it starts there which makes OneTravel ineffective to the customer (my e in this case). Turkish Airline delayed our initial flight on 17 June 2024 from JFK 3 times.
After several hours we able to board the plain fly # 1396 only if o be left on the tarmac for 6 hours. We were not feed or attended to as paying customers and passengers.
Staff to include the pilot lied to us and gave us no meaningful explanation and service. One travel are responsible for vetting and doing business with Turkish Airline so, OneTravel is on the hook as well. My confidence has been shaken to continue to book through your company. All of your company representatives I have corresponded with in the last several days have expressed, the airlines are in full control of ticketing and the business there of.
In other words OneTravel take in the money(fare) and thats it you claim no responsibility. I have saved and spent my money this kind of service attitude and insufficient service is appalling. Turkish Airlines and Onetravel has ruined my vacation from the start as now I simply requested an earlier flight home for 09 July instead of 22 July 2024. This seems to be an issue for Onetravel and of course Turkish airlines.
Well done one travel/turkish airlines, my wife and I are stuck here in Catania Italy as every since we arrived has been a domino effect of disappointment. I have never experienced anything like this. Your company has told me there is nothing that you can do.
How about an response to me from one travel s as and an apology and fix this mess. Probably one travel will stay silent of my concerns and customer mistreatment.

Nothing happened since I have sent email refusing to get only $400 even thaw, I spent about $2,500 but I will keep going for my rights.
They offer me refund of $400.00. I was four days delayed.

Lack of empathy, after I had a panic attack when they told me my flight dates had changed (when I called them) and would have missed our family holiday and my Mothers funeral)……and then being told “NO HARM NO FOUL”
User's recommendation: Be wary……ONE TRAVEL never let me know my flight dates changed and then said “NO HARM NO FOWL” after my panic attack. Yes, we got to PEI, but my travel for 6 people was ruined and I want replacement tickets for 2 people……..and ONE TRAVEL do not even respond to my trying to connect. I thought GIA felt sorry for me……but I have to call her out too. No response from ONE TRAVEL.
ONE TRAVEL have still not called me to discuss the inconvenience and stress they have put me through. I have been told that the issue has been sent up the corporate ladder, but still no call. I am here and waiting to be compensated with 2 tickets to PEI, as my holiday last year with my family, and Step Mothers funeral was affected greatly.
