Ticket payments debited twice
Dear customer service officers,
My name is Delly Olg, your loyal customer from Papua new Guinea.I would like to know, why my account was debited twice?I purchased one ticket from Frontier yesterday but it was debited same twice. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY

Turkish Airline is my main issue as it starts there which makes OneTravel ineffective to the customer (my e in this case). Turkish Airline delayed our initial flight on 17 June 2024 from JFK 3 times.
After several hours we able to board the plain fly # 1396 only if o be left on the tarmac for 6 hours. We were not feed or attended to as paying customers and passengers.
Staff to include the pilot lied to us and gave us no meaningful explanation and service. One travel are responsible for vetting and doing business with Turkish Airline so, OneTravel is on the hook as well. My confidence has been shaken to continue to book through your company. All of your company representatives I have corresponded with in the last several days have expressed, the airlines are in full control of ticketing and the business there of.
In other words OneTravel take in the money(fare) and thats it you claim no responsibility. I have saved and spent my money this kind of service attitude and insufficient service is appalling. Turkish Airlines and Onetravel has ruined my vacation from the start as now I simply requested an earlier flight home for 09 July instead of 22 July 2024. This seems to be an issue for Onetravel and of course Turkish airlines.
Well done one travel/turkish airlines, my wife and I are stuck here in Catania Italy as every since we arrived has been a domino effect of disappointment. I have never experienced anything like this. Your company has told me there is nothing that you can do.
How about an response to me from one travel s as and an apology and fix this mess. Probably one travel will stay silent of my concerns and customer mistreatment.

They offer me refund of $400.00. I was four days delayed.
to get back home to Vancouver. And I had to by another air ticket.
Denied boarding from flight 1411. Ticket purchased by One Travel
six months later, I still did not get refund.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Would like to be able to talk with someone Toll free number will you call me I want confirmation of the flight I changed to December 10 2024. I changed the date on my first booking and am now seemingly getting emails saying I need to confirm the ticket ect. This is one screwed up company

Didn’t advise me of flight change, so would have missed our flight, had I not called to get the West Jet ITINERY number to check in.
I have written too many messages to mention, 3 promised calls not honoured and when I had my 1st panic attack at age 70 because of all of this (they said no harm no fowl).
Well it is a foul, and you owe me a stress free 2 weeks on PEi.
They never let me know that their phone number was charging for dropped call, etc.

GIA - Thought you would help me out, but still the non existent serivice.
Lack of empathy, after I had a panic attack when they told me my flight dates had changed (when I called them) and would have missed our family holiday and my Mothers funeral)……and then being told “NO HARM NO FOUL”

Yes, we got to PEI, but my travel for 6 people was ruined and I want replacement tickets for 2 people……..and ONE TRAVEL do not even respond to my trying to connect. I thought GIA felt sorry for me……but I have to call her out too. No response from ONE TRAVEL.
ONE TRAVEL have still not called me to discuss the inconvenience and stress they have put me through. I have been told that the issue has been sent up the corporate ladder, but still no call. I am here and waiting to be compensated with 2 tickets to PEI, as my holiday last year with my family, and Step Mothers funeral was affected greatly.

Cancelled flights due to virus
They do not answer phone and u can't get hold of any one. If I ran a business like that my doors would be closed in 1 week.
I was trying to cancel my flight before my 24hrs were up to qualify for my free cancelation. It looks like they do this on purpose.

If I ran my business like that I would be out of business with in a week.
It seems it was all done on purpose so they don't have to return any money to anyone. Don't ever book a fight with these guys

My flight was cancelled And didn't get a refund yet I had my ticket from website oneTravel my booking number is 8115**** this flight was from Montreal to Manchester on 27 June 2023 but when I arrived at airport they told me that flight is cancelled now I want to request for my refund for this flight it was airtransit flight I have asked them for refund they asked me to contact oneTravel then they will refund me because one travel have all my details

Worst experience ever
Not resolved I’m rather upset the costs I incurred were distressing to my family, I’m disgusted in this company’s inability to do anything. Never using or recommending them.
They cannot be contacted when something goes wrong even though I had booked insurance and tickets that can be changed I was unable to reach them in time and was charged for full for two tickets the staff are unhelpful and their messaging box for communication is useless Avoid This was a horrible and expensive experience

You guys charged us 30 aud go the passes yet do not send it. Is this some sort of scam that you guys are pulling? Or either give us a refund or send the boarding passes before tomorrow morning which is our flight.
