on recent trip with reservation made 4 months prior, i was informed 2 days before the trip that the last leg on flight to destination, and the first leg of return trip from destination had been cancelled due to airline bankruptcy.i was told there were no other flights available.
i was told on phone that the charge for these 2 trips would be refunded. last minute reservations on a private carrier were made by me at considerable expense. there has been no refund. i have contacted the company number listed by phone on 4 occasions and after long phone waits, got the run around by the indian speaking agents.
2 emails also sent to the company customer service contact info, and no answer.this company is not to be trusted.
