Asked for assistance in finding my e-ticket and how to print it out. I sent two requests to which they never responded.

Their customer service is a complete joke. And on their site they have a section for compliments- ha, you have to be kidding. Avoid these people as they have no idea how to provide customer service. I have used other agencies and never had a problem.

This company is totally lost when it comes to doing good business.

I hope my airline can help me out because without a ticket you obviously can't get on planned flight. This company seems to be a real scam.

Monetary Loss: $580.
