The flight I'd booked was canceled and I heard from the airline a long time before I did from One Travel. When I tried to reconcile the billing,my emails were ignored, my efforts to chat were cut off (after waiting for 15 minutes) and calling resulted in also being cut off.

They are unreliable and there is no reason to use this agency.

They also overbilled me but my credit card company will handle that. I was charged a service fee of $10 and I pointed out to the supervisor of Customer Service whom I reached after 45 minutes of holding that it should be waived, but he refused.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of onetravel flight booking. OneTravel needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
