I booked flights to Denver for myself and 3 of my grandchildren and within 2 hours realized that the date I had put in was wrong. I tried to call and correct it but they would not take me calls and deleted my e-mails.

I tried again the next day before the 24 hour period to make changes was up and it was the same. I called my credit card company and told them to deny the charges but they would only let me refute them and now I am in a big hassle trying to prove that I cancelled within the 24 hr.

cancellation period. The Better Business Bureau should shut them down!!!

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $1100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

OneTravel Cons: No assistance, Very poor customer service.

You didn't put the wrong dates . One way travel changes the dates . Total rip off
