We recently traveled to Maui, HI with booking thru One Travel. We boarded in ORD with a 1h 26m layover in SFO.

We had to transfer from United Airlines to Hawaiian Airlines. We were never informed that Hawaiian Airlines is in the International terminal. The plane was late getting into the gate and we had to search for an information booth to direct us to Hawaiian Airlines. The International terminal was quite a distance from the United terminal and we had to go thru security check again!

This whole time our flight was boarding! Soon our names were being paged and we barely made our connecting flight!

We were the last to board the plane!

If we had been informed that Hawaiian Airlines was located in the International terminal it would have saved us precious time!!

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "lack of information" of onetravel customer care. OneTravel needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
