I ordered my travel on line for Jan 3rd. Once i confirmed my purchase it showed reservations for Jan 5th.

I paid for the cancellation insurance. I called them immediately and my cancellation was denied. They said that was only for medical reasons. Where the *** did it say that?

I should have walked away right then and went to a reputable company but dumb me gave them twice as much money for a flight on the 3rd. it took them over a week to send me the itinerary. the new itinerary gave me only 35 minutes to depart one plane in terminal B and get to terminal D in the Atalanta air port no less.

After numerous emails and phone calls with people outside of the US with very heavy accents nothing was resolved. They could care less about anything but collecting your money.
