These sub offices located in India should be totally banned from doing business with the US customers. Always trying to rip us off by all means.

"Refused" to change my itinerary to a lower price. Disgusted by the OneTravel staff. I felt that they were intentionally trying to waste my time so that I would run out of the 24 hour cancellation policy. And how professional of them to speak in hindi or whatever while on the phone with me?

OneTravel has wasted hours of my time, as well as my money. I strongly request everyone to avoid business with OneTravel as it is quite evident from rest of the reviews on this website.
