Both charges are back, and I was sent an email stating they would refund the $15 fee that was over the airline price, but it may take up to 10 days. Just stay away! This company is bad news!

I contacted them, and they did remove the extra fee charges from my CC. I do appreciate that the company responds to customer complaints.

Please avoid this company at all costs! Its is a scam!

They simply buy tickets from the airlines, and charge fees for using their "service." I booked a flight with them, and quickly realized that there was a one letter typo. I called and they refused to fix this without a $25 fee. Later, I looked up the flight through the airline and found a fare $15 cheaper. When I checked my credit card transactions I saw that exact amount charged to the airline.

They simply bought the ticket from the airline, and then tacked on a $15 fee, and for me another $25 fee.

If I had gone directly to the airline I would have saved time, frustration and $40.

Reason of review: Overcharged for nothing..

Monetary Loss: $25.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

OneTravel Cons: Price fraud, Difficulty getting refund.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! Your bill will come through in US funds.

Mine was $300 more than what I agreed to. When you call to complain and cancel they want to charge a $75 fee.

It is a classic internet scam and completely misleading!! Avoid at all costs!!
